You have access to Doctor On Demand's Urgent Care + Behavioral Health providers. The average wait time to see an urgent care provider is usually 5 minutes or less. Behavioral health appointments are generally available within a few days. Our mental health practice isn’t confined to business hours, Monday through Friday. Choose from a variety of therapists with different backgrounds and specialties, available when you are.
*Health Plans, Inc. members pay the PCP-level cost sharing for each visit. Referrals and/or authorizations are not required. If you are on a tiered plan, you pay the lowest cost tier PCP-level copayment. If you have a deductible, the cost of a medical visit is up to $55, and this will apply until your deductible has been met. Please refer to your Schedule of Benefits for your plan's specific cost sharing. The cost sharing for certain plans may be less that the PCP-level co-payment.
